Comfortable Stay with Convenient Location 🏨

The room here was nice and tidy, had everything I needed, and the staff was super friendly. the best part was how close it was to Prangin Mall, which was pretty handy.

Got tidy and well-equipped room, had an excellent stay with good value for money. And the bed was extremely comfy. Location: the hotel was really close to the bus stop for 401/401E Bus going back and forth from the airport, night markets and the shopping complex.

The room was incredibly comfortable, well-equipped with hair dryer, kettle, basic facilities and good value. Everywhere there was clean. The services were good😀🙂

The location couldn't have been better for us. With young children in tow, it was wonderful to be within walking distance of all the top attractions in George Town. Our little ones were particularly thrilled to visit the nearby Penang Times Square, where they had the time of their lives at the indoor playground and enjoyed delicious treats at the hawker food area. The rooms may have been on the smaller side, but they were equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

My wife says that it would have been great if the hotel provided a small fridge for families with children.

our stay at the hotel was much better than our previous visit in george town. the friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even providing extra pillows upon check-in. the location was convenient and close to popular attractions. overall, a pleasant experience that exceeded our expectations.

The hotel's location is great, with many eating places nearby. It is also conveniently located near a bus stop, Gamma department store, and a big bus station. the rooms are basic but clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. the hotel offers separate toiletries at an affordable price.

Some guests have complained about the parking situation and noise from traffic.

Amazing location in the heart of the city, close to everything we needed. Walking distance to shopping malls, banks, convenience stores, and local eateries. Plenty of public parking space available right in front of the hotel. Easy access to public transportation for exploring Penang. Room had a flat-screen TV with various channels and complimentary coffee and tea. Clean and comfortable rooms, with daily room service providing fresh towels and tidying up. Friendly and helpful staff always ready to assist with any inquiries.

This hotel is absolutely mind-blowing! The location is super strategic, with easy access to public transport and jaw-dropping attractions within walking distance. The staff is excellent and the cleanliness is awesome. With free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, an electric kettle, and air conditioning, this place is pure comfort for families.
